Universe One
The story of Universe One follows Sam Thomson and the many pawns he employs on his quest for vengeance. Thomson’s goal to somehow kill the three Higher Powers, godlike beings responsible for dimensions one, two, and three. Each story sets up a piece, or a lesson learned before the main event. Yet despite this, Sam Thomson is not the only one setting up for the future. His frenemy Edward Clawson seeks to claim the Higher Power’s throne over the universe for himself, competing with the would-be God-slayer. His enemies, the Higher Powers, also appear to have a plan of their own for conquest over the Continuum. And finally, the mysterious higher gods. Will, Thirteen, The Divine, The Neutral, Eleven, and the elusive Fourteen. Such higher beings turn their eyes to this universe in wonder. They too wish to know; can a mere human defy his Gods?
Universe Two
Relics of a time before this continuum clash with the technologically focused humanity of the present. Sam Thomson of Universe Two must face forces beyond his worlds understanding to maintain the status quo of a humanity on the brink of causing its own destruction. Ancient secrets stir, powerful Gods scheme, ambitious men reach for power untold. The driven Red Hand plots to rule humanity wielding his Gifted followers. The nations of humanity compete for dominance over the planet. Edward Clawson seeks power to right an injustice of his own making. To top it all, an arrival from Universe One threatens to shatter the delicate balance of power that has held the world together thus far. A technological cataclysm is on the horizon. Perhaps some things should have never been invented, never been discovered, never been realised but… the bottle lays open, empty, discarded long ago.
Universe Four
Humanity has forged an interstellar federation. The technophobic ideals of the AG-Project have spiralled out of control and turned to the extreme to form The Fleet. Their rivalry with the technology focused Clockwork Empire divides the galaxy. Galactic war seems inevitable. The Fleet Resistance finds an invaluable ally in Sam Thomson, but the powers of the galaxy remain unaware to his true intentions. Can the architect of the most powerful ship in the universe bring The Fleet to its knees? The forces of humanity and its allies are not so easily shaken. Crimes of the past burn vengeful rage onto the present. Perhaps the path once thought best was always the darkest timeline in truth.
Universe Game
The virtual world of the Gameworld. A simulation built by mad genius Evelin Pearson and her husband Gary. The mainframe was however not their first attempt. Why does such a world exist with such freedom? Some claim Evelin was seeking perfection, others claim the whole thing is a massive experiment, but the truth is uncertain to all but those who reign as Gods over the imperfect world. Artificial life flourishes with true free will under their eternal rule, but human minds were never designed to live such a long existence. To be a God, perfection is required. As the world continues to forge its own path, the people of the Gameworld begin to realise… their Gods are as flawed as them.
Universe Infinite
This is not the first version of reality, but it might be the last. The Celestials, Gods among Gods, now begin a path none can undo. Desperate to right the injustice of reality, Janus moves to change the rules for everyone, at any cost. Determined to achieve his goal, Will continues to seek lifeforms able to wield power comparable to himself, blind to his endless mistakes. Thirteen continues to plot and scheme to show Will the truth he’s been ignoring her entire existence. Vengeance and Logic watch and wait for their moment foretold. Fourteen smirks, her prophecy close to completion, but who is she to the rest? The worlds of the continuum now face a crisis bigger than themselves, but who can rally the strength to fight the unwinnable fight? Compared to everything else, the paths to defeat seem infinite.
